By accessing this site and playing this game (“Digital Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions for the duration of the promotion period:

1. The player can play repeated rounds of the game, but the points will be counted only for a single round.

2. The points counted will be the maximum points scored in a single round during the promotion period.

3. This score will be recorded on a scoreboard not visible to the player.

4. The player with the most points at the end of the promotion period (to be determined at Maersk’s sole discretion) (“Winner”) will receive a prize achievement certificate-. Unless stated otherwise, Maersk will contact the Winner (a) via the social media channel on which the entry was submitted (e.g. via DMs) or (b) when email contact is provided, via email, and provide instructions on prize collection.
If the Winner cannot be contacted by Maersk or fails to respond within three (3) days, that Winner is taken to have forfeited and irrevocably given up and waived all rights to claim the prize. Any Winner whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation from Maersk, whether or not that Winner has been notified of such forfeiture. Maersk has the sole discretion to decide how to deal with unclaimed prize and shall in any event not be obliged to select another winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which Maersk may at its sole discretion impose. Maersk reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, change, substitute, replace or remove the prize at any time with or without notice, without having to disclose any reason therefore, and without liability to the participants.
Maersk makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding any prize, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Maersk shall not at any time or in any circumstances be responsible or held liable for any non-acceptance, non-performance or any acts or omissions of any third party in respect of any prize.

5. This promotion is a standalone event and cannot be clubbed with any other offers provided by Maersk.

6. Maersk reserves the right at its sole discretion to add, change or remove all or part of the game, the gameplay rules, and these terms and conditions, without prior notice and with no liability to Maersk.

7. Warranty: Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, Maersk makes no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, performance, fitness for purpose, accuracy or completeness of this Digital Service. To the extent permitted by law, this Digital Service is provided "as is" without warranty or condition of any kind.

8. Liability: Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in Maersk’s Digital Services User Terms, Maersk shall not have any liability to you for any direct, indirect, punitive, consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, or breach of warranty arising in connection with this Digital Service.
To the maximum extent permissible by law, participants (including their legal guardians, heirs and executors) shall hold harmless and indemnify Maersk and its agents against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, injury, actions, proceedings, expense and costs which may result in relation to their entries and any use of these entries by Maersk, participation in the Digital Service and/or breach of these terms and conditions, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. All rights in this Digital Service belong to A.P. Moller - Maersk and its subsidiaries. Any infringements on our design, intellectual property or other aspects of gameplay will be subject to legal action.
